PJ - the one who (almost) got away. Huskies are runners. He got out of the house and we all scattered to look for him. I went to the back yard, mom got in her car and drove around and dad covered the front yard. We reconvened and mom and I took a trip on the freeway. It's not close, but it's close enough for a long-legged husky.

When we returned, mom called the neighbors. PJ was in their house, thoroughly enjoying the attention being lavished on him by them. Thank goodness! They had tried calling, but we were all outside, panicking. He was so tired after his jaunt, he even slept through the night (he normally doesn't when my parents have guests).

I took a lot of fun pictures on Saturday, but this is one of my favorites. The rest of the pictures of the Labor Day Weekend Farm Party will be on FB - not sure when, but as soon as I can edit them to the right size.

Draco. Finally got a decent picture of him. He doesn't stand still very much. I call him my dogcat because he acts a lot like a dog. However, today, he chased and caught a fly. I rewarded him with a pat on the head for doing his job.

This is an iced, jelly filled doughnut that was put on the window today at work. It slowly slid. It will probably still be there tomorrow. Gross. Yet, funny.
